We started this Lakdun brand simply because we were tired of uncomfortable, impractical baby carriers — as real parents ourselves.

 

When we had our little ones Lark, we cherished the sweet feeling of keeping our baby close and nurturing that precious parent‑child bond. But every baby carrier we tried had frustrating flaws.

 

Some felt hot and stuffy for long‑time wear. Others weighed heavy on our shoulders and lower back after just a short outing. Many failed to support baby’s hips in a healthy position, and most were tricky to put on by ourselves.

 

We kept asking ourselves: Why can’t there be a baby carrier that works well for both babies and caregivers?

 

So we took matters into our own hands and set out to redesign the carrier from the ground up.

 

We tweaked the padded shoulder straps, reinforced the lumbar support, upgraded the breathable mesh fabric, and fine‑tuned the seat to support baby’s natural M‑leg hip‑healthy posture. We tested every prototype on ourselves, wearing it for hours on park walks, grocery runs and everyday household routines. We adjusted, iterated and improved over and over again.

 

After many rounds of testing, we finally built the ergonomic baby carrier we’d always wished for.

It’s gentle on parents’ bodies, keeps babies cool and well‑supported, and is simple to put on solo.

 

We loved how it felt in real‑life use, and we knew all the other moms and dads out there would appreciate it too. That’s how we decided to share this carrier with families everywhere.

 

Our mission is straightforward: build safe, hip‑healthy, truly comfortable baby carriers to make daily parenting lighter and more joyful. Babywearing should be a warm bonding moment, not a physical burden.
