These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern all purchases, transactions, and your use of www.lakdun.com (the “Site”) operated by Lakdun. By placing an order, accessing or using our Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
## 1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on our Site. You warrant that all personal and shipping information you provide is true, accurate, and complete. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.
## 2. Product Information & Availability
We display product descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications in good faith. However:
- Product colors, sizes, materials may have minor variations due to manufacturing batches, supplier updates, and screen display differences.
- Inventory is subject to real-time stock changes; we reserve the right to cancel out-of-stock orders and issue full refunds.
- We do not guarantee that product listings will be error-free. Any typographical, pricing, or listing errors will be corrected at our discretion.
## 3. Payment & Order Cancellation
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment, or violation of these Terms.
Once an order is dispatched, we cannot cancel or modify the shipping address. Customers are solely responsible for verifying their address before checkout. Wrong/incomplete addresses resulting in package return will incur additional shipping and handling fees, which shall be borne by the customer.
## 4. Shipping, Customs & Delivery
Our Shipping Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
- We only provide estimated delivery timelines; we do not guarantee exact delivery dates.
- International buyers are fully responsible for all import duties, VAT, customs taxes, and local clearance fees. We are not liable for customs delays, seized packages, or additional charges imposed by local authorities.
- We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer, including porch theft, missed delivery, or neighbor acceptance.
## 5. Refunds & Returns
All return and refund requests are subject to our Refund Policy. We will only process refunds or replacements after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our proven error (wrong item, defective product).
- Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility for change-of-mind returns.
- We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet our policy requirements, including items damaged by improper use, washed, worn, or returned outside the stated return window.
## 6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PRODUCTS SOLD ON THIS SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

- Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from purchases or use of the Site shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order in dispute.

- This limitation applies to the maximum extent allowed by consumer protection laws in your region.
## 8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, product designs, is the exclusive intellectual property of Lakdun. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

We reserve the right to update, revise, or modify these Terms, Shipping, Refund, and Privacy Policies at any time. Revised terms take effect immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
## 10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Guangdong/China, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved by friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Guangddong/China for resolution. For EU/UK customers, nothing prevents you from bringing claims in your local consumer court under mandatory regional consumer laws.
## 11. Severability
If any clause of these Terms is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect.
